Our court reporters are all certified, experienced reporters in the State of Georgia, each having more than ten years experience in reporting all types of legal proceedings. We offer our clients the professionalism, reliability and accuracy that our profession demands. A videographer is also on our staff. We travel throughout Georgia at our clients’ request.

Yvonne D. Law, Owner of Law Reporting Service, has been working as a Certified Court Reporter in the middle Georgia area for 23 years. She has studied two shorthand systems; Isaac Pitman’s Shorthand system and Stenograph Machine Shorthand.

Born in Belfast, N. Ireland, Ms. Law attended Queen’s University in Belfast obtaining degrees in English Language and English Literature. She also earned diplomas from the Royal Society of the Arts in Shorthand and Typing. In 1977 she moved to the United States to establish a family business.

Ms. Law is a member of the Georgia Court Reporting Association and received the 20 year “Golden Notes Award”. She presently serves as Secretary to the USA Ballroom Dance Board and is active in teaching and demonstrations throughout the Middle Georgia area. Ms. Law is a 20-year member and officer of the Daughters of the British Empire. She has volunteered nine years with the Middle Georgia Girl Scout Council and served on the Board of the Macon Civic Chorale - also singing in their choir for eight years.
